SERVICES IN THE ROOM

For the benefit of our patients and to ensure the smoothness of our services, we advise patients, their families and visitors to abide by the rules and regulations of the hospital.

Patient's Amenities
• Personal care items and admitting clothes are provided.
• Food and snacks are provided to all patients.
• Electronic devices, kitchenware and sleeping items (mattress, pillow, blanket) are not allowed.
• Deposit all valuables at our nurse in charge. (Handphones if not deposited, should be kept with extra care)
• Bandung Adventist Hospital is not responsible of any loss which is not properly deposited.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Visiting Patients

For the benefit of our patients, we observe strict visiting hours. Children below 7 years old are not allowed to visit the sick. Please help us keep our hospital clean.

VISITING HOURS

Morning : 10.00 - 11:30 AM
Afternoon : 04.30 - 17.30 PM
The following are not allowed:
• Smoking in the hospital premises
• Sitting/sleeping on patient's bed
• Sleeping on the sofa (for VIP rooms)
• Eating in the patient's room
• Washing clothes and bathing in the patient's toilet room.

Patient's Guardian

Accompanying member are only allowed for critical patients or post-surgery patients. Only 1 (one) guardian is allowed.

Snacks

A bakery/snack kiosk is available at out main building lobby, first floor, adjacent to the information desk, and another one at the OPD Lobby, Newstart Plaza.

Take a bite of our kitchen's specialty, wheat bread and carrot cake. Or choose from a line of muffin from the Muffin Bakery corner.
